International Linear Collider

The International Linear Collider is the proposed successor to the Large Hadron Collider. The International Linear Collider will have less power than the Large Hadron Collder, but its' measurements are far more accurate. The most likely location of the International Linear Collider will be Japan due to the japanese government offering to contribute half of the costs. Construction should occur from 2015 to 2026.  The International Linear Collider should conduct research into the Higgs Boson and Dark Matter.
